Check out these balanced breakfast and snacks ideas we've been having over the school holidays. Anabelle made breakfast featuring French toast, berries, and yoghurt (yum!). Does your breakfast contain a carbohydrate, protein and a fruit/veg? Adding a fruit alongside breakfast for exposure, exploring or eating is a great idea to create and model nutritional balance.
