About Us
2Bites is Dunedin based. We like to come to your home for the first assessment at a meal time, as its best to see children in their own environment to really understand what is going on for the child and family. Therapy sessions are then held at our clinic facilities. We will discuss this with you further based on your child’s needs.

I'm a New Zealand qualified Speech Language and Feeding Therapist with 18 years’ experience. I've learnt about swallowing and feeding and what a complex part of life it is from children and their families I have met in hospitals, clinics, schools, kindergartens and their homes. I love working with children of all ages from premature babies in Neonatal Intensive Care Units, right through to young adults.
My favourite part of the job is seeing children grow in confidence week to week as they make little changes towards their family goals.
I am a current member of the New Zealand Speech Therapy Association. You can also contact me to discuss your child’s communication development and provide assessment and therapy.
I grew up on a farm in Southland and went to University at Otago and Canterbury. I've lived in Japan, Scotland, Hamilton and Christchurch but now, along with my husband and two school aged children, I'm very happy to call Dunedin home.

Speech Language Therapists are qualified to assess the safety and efficiency of swallowing, and to provide intervention to improve swallowing, and eating and drinking behaviours.
